Michael was invited by Craig Dobbin to attend a get together with the last living father of the Canadian Confederation, Joey Smallwood and Premier Frank Moors at the time. This was the only time in history that these two politicians were seen together. Many of Michael’s early paintings can be seen hanging on the wall. Mr. Dobbin eventually collected over 40 of Michael’s works. Three of Canada’s business titans can be seen in this photograph, Mr. Craig Dobbin, Mr. Garnet Watchorn and Mr. Robert Foster.
